At VY Bazaar, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns will be accepted only if approved by our team after review.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal use items (if opened)
  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. Return will be processed only after approval from our side.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement (subject to approval).
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer in all cases.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
