At VY Bazaar, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns will be accepted only if approved by our team after review.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal use items (if opened)
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request.
- Return will be processed only after approval from our side.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement (subject to approval).
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer in all cases.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
